How are your diamonds certified?
All diamonds come with independent certification from GIA, IGI, or equivalent labs. Each certificate is verifiable online.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on eligible items in original condition with all certificates and packaging intact.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes — contact us with your vision. We work with master craftsmen for custom jewelry from sketch to finished piece.
How are orders shipped?
All orders ship fully insured via tracked courier. Pakistan: 3–7 days. International: 7–21 days.
