By accessing or using the Luxe Jewels website (luxejewels.com), placing an order, or communicating with us in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Luxe Jewels specializes in the sale of certified diamonds, precious gemstones, and fine jewelry. We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including carat weight, color, clarity, cut, origin, and certification details.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to screen calibration differences, actual stone colors may vary slightly from what is displayed. All gemological specifications provided are sourced directly from the accompanying certification documents (GIA, GRS, AGL, IGI, or equivalent).

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed in writing by Luxe Jewels.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / ₨) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, Luxe Jewels processes payments through direct bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and other methods communicated to you upon order confirmation. Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched or transferred.

We do not store credit card or banking information on our servers. Any payment-related data is handled through secure, third-party processors.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Luxe Jewels via email or WhatsApp.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order value to cover handling and certification administrative costs.

Custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Luxe Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage for the declared value of the shipment. We use reputable, tracked courier services and require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Pakistan and 7–21 business days for international orders. These are estimates only and Luxe Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. If a package appears damaged upon delivery, you must note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Returned in their original, unworn condition • Accompanied by all original documentation (certificates, receipts, packaging) • Initiated by contacting us within 30 days of the delivery date

Custom-made, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Luxe Jewels guarantees the authenticity of all products sold. Every gemstone and diamond sold is accompanied by a valid certificate from a recognized grading laboratory (GIA, GRS, AGL, IGI, or equivalent) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward misrepresentation. If you have concerns about the authenticity of a product you have received, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an independent appraisal at our expense if required.

Certificates are the property of the buyer upon purchase and must be returned with the item if a return is initiated.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Luxe Jewels and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Luxe Jewels. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item giving rise to the claim.

Luxe Jewels does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
